Your corporate logo, contact info, tag line or message will appear at the bottom of each page you purchase. When you purchase a right hand page, you have the opportunity to select the image for your page from our extensive image catalogue.

Each month begins with an overview monthly calendar page listing Barbados based events, important religious dates and reminders of payment deadlines for PAYE, NIS and VAT.

This information is also included on each daily schedule, with one full week at a glance on each lay-flat opening.

Contact information for all 2010 participants will be listed by category. One listing line free per page purchased.

Additional category listings or phone listings are available to participating companies only for BD$50.00 + VAT each, maximum 2 additional listings per page purchased

Additional Diaries

with your corporate logo and accompanying bookmark are available in multiples of 5, for a cost of BD$ 32.50 + VAT each. Orders but must be placed BEFORE 1st September 2009.

Fully Personalized Covers & Matching Bookmarks

are available with the purchase of 3 or more pages for and additional BD$ 450.00 + VAT set up charge, You can either supply artwork for your fully personalized cover or select an image from our catalogue.

Vinyl Slip On Covers

with your corporate logo engraved on the cover are available for BD$ 25.00 + VAT each.
Colours: Green, Grey, Burgundy, Blue, and Red.

White Envelopes

8" x 10 ½" for posting or gift wrapping are available for BD$ .50 + VAT each.

Additional Personalized Front Page

An extra page, inserted into the front of the diary as a personalized corporate introduction page, is available at a cost of BD$1000.00 + VAT to clients purchasing a minimum of 3 pages. This is a preparation and printing cost and does not include artwork supplied by the client.

Fully Personalized Diaries

7 ¾" x 7", with a pocket page and all the useful information as our standard 2010 Barbados Pictorial Diaries but will feature ONLY your own corporate information; your personalized corporate cover, matching bookmarks, and personalized front page. There will be no other corporate business contact information or advertising page strips. Minimum Order 500 diaries. Quotations available on request.

We offer priority delivery for full prepayment.

1st Payment

BD$ 300.00 + VAT / page, due on signing contract

2nd Payment

Due by 31st July

BD$ 700.00 - BD$ 900.00 + VAT per page plus total due on extras, i.e. extra listing, personalized covers, artwork charge.

3rd payment

Balance due on delivery

BD$300.00 + VAT / page.
Delivery between 15th – 30th November 2009

Distribution

Approximately 4,000 copies of the 2010 Barbados Pictorial Diary will be distributed by the participating businesses.

Extra diaries from the print run, will have a special cover image and be sold to raise funds for the NICU, Living Water Community, The Ark Animal Welfare Society, The Autism Association and the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
